- Frankiw W Review added: 2018.08.05★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brecon, the most depressing and appaling town I have ever visited. shops are closing down, dirty little streets behind the centre, and you still have to pay for parking on Sunday?? We went there on our way home but after 20minutes walk we struggled to find anything nice in the town. Don't bother visiting it...
